Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after your order has been submitted. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return the goods at their own cost. Custom Label Solutions Ltd can be contacted for this purpose either by email or by phone 01278 433 800 (between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 9am to 1pm Friday). If orders are cancelled in this way, the products ordered will not be dispatched to the customer and Custom Label Solutions Ltd will refund your money by way of credit card transaction or company cheque.
